Season’s End? Last minute Riverside Ride today! September 19

Hello friends,

It’s been a fast couple of weeks since Labor Day and I haven’t had the chance to really plan any rides, so please forgive the last-minute nature of this message! But I’ve got a free afternoon, the weather is glorious, and there’s still enough daylight to go for an early evening spin. Anyone free to join in for a fellowship ride around Riverside? With autumn right around the corner (this weekend, officially!) and more unsettled weather in the forecast, we may still have some weekend opportunities to get together, but this may well be the last evening ride we’ll be able to pull off. NOTE: Please RSVP via text message by 4PM if you can make it so I’ll know to meet you there.

Here’s what you need to know:

Date: Wednesday, September 19

Time: Meet-up at 5:45, roll out at 6PM

Place: Riverside State Park, 7-Mile area

Meet: Seven Mile Airstrip Trailhead, between the horse corral and Wilber Trailhead.  (Note: Discovery Pass required for parking)

Terrain: “Rider’s Choice” determined by the participants; length and terrain will be tailored to the group’s ability and preferences. Count on about 75 minutes max, and as much singletrack as I can string together!

Bring: Helmet (required)

See you there!
